Remora Remix Sample Test Print

So Since I am a WH40k fan when this request came up I had to do it.  Understandable that most hobby printers can also print this including 2 of my own DLP but not many can  do it all at one print, also for the printer i am using at work I can print ... alot at once.  so here is a quick run down list of what it took to print this.

1-FIle= STL from Thigiverse.  Issue: Errors in shape like void spaces that need to be corrected before print.

2-Industrial SLA machine - Laser based SLA

3-Resin - ABS WHITE Industrial 8000

4-Solid print no shell

5-Cost about $28 before ship. (this at COST price aka what it cost me to make)

DLP Option:

1-Suggest using a gray base resin ...I tend to find white ABS resin dont react too good on DLP.  Dont have the latest 8K stuff lol (ur a sucker is you bought one lol....joking)

2-Best at 35 to 45 degree (do not print flat)

3-If your using Shitty Slicer lol....make sure you us the micro end point support cone function so its easier to get it off and less sanding.

FMD option:

you can down load profile set up but for me i dont do the 100% infill..i just do the normal .1 or .2 and 20 % infill and hit it.

Resin coat it after and sand and paint.  cost like few bucks.
