VISUAL INSPECTION

1-Z SCREW LOOSE
-Z Screw bolt need to be tighten down and new alinement for both z rail screw rod.

2-Nozzle Leak and over turned - need to redo do full nozzle and heat block alignment.  Possible need to replace nozzle.

3-Metal shavings on extruder gear need to clean or replace.

4-All belts need to be tighten down.


POWER UP INSPECTION
1-power on all ok
2-fan ok
3-nozzle leak seems clear no clog - extracted old filament 
4-temp hold ok temp readin ok
5-all axis move is ok - not smooth need adjustment
6-screen dead line across screen - switch to eng mode for operation
7-auto home is good.  autohome position z high off. - need to do full relevel

Option 1 fix: $1000
-Convert to manual level mod deactivate auto level
-change to full PET METAL PLATE ($1500) optional
-Full Clean and retune and relevel and test print
-Adjust all belts and fix all faults listed in the above report

Option 2 Fix $1000
-Redo auto level - fix with current know fix solutions
-Fix all auto level setting 
-change to full PET METAL PLATE ($1500) optional
-Full Clean and retune and relevel and test print
-Adjust all belts and fix all faults listed in the above report

Option 3 Fix -$?
-Install new auto level - (currently do not have stock another option will be able to use BL or CL touch sensor). I think the sensor is still good just need to do a full relevel and op setting.
-change to full PET METAL PLATE ($1500) optional
-Full Clean and retune and relevel and test print
-Adjust all belts and fix all faults listed in the above report
