VISUAL INSPECTION 1-Z SCREW LOOSE -Z Screw bolt need to be tighten down and new alinement for both z rail screw rod. 2-Nozzle Leak and over turned - need to redo do full nozzle and heat block alignment.  Possible need to replace nozzle. 3-Metal shavings on extruder gear need to clean or replace. 4-All belts need to be tighten down.  Yes we can do ABS FDM prints.  Alternative material will be PLA + or PETG.  We can also order in colors that you want or need.  Depend on the model and the material we can do up a print with in a day.

 So Since I am a WH40k fan when this request came up I had to do it.  Understandable that most hobby printers can also print this including 2 of my own DLP but not many can  do it all at one print, also for the printer i am using at work I can print ... alot at once.  so here is a quick run down list of what it took to print this. 1-FIle= STL from Thigiverse.  Issue: Errors in shape like void spaces that need to be corrected before print. 2-Industrial SLA machine - Laser based SLA 3-Resin - ABS WHITE Industrial 8000 4-Solid print no shell 5-Cost about $28 before ship. (this at COST price aka what it cost me to make) DLP Option: 1-Suggest using a gray base resin ...I tend to find white ABS resin dont react too good on DLP.  Dont have the latest 8K stuff lol (ur a sucker is you bought one lol....joking) 2-Best at 35 to 45 degree (do not print flat) 3-If your using Shitty Slicer lol....make sure you us the micro end point support cone function so its easier to...
